Positive: ruhige Lage, Wohnung mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet, Balkon mit Ausblick auf Uetliberg, gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr, gute Parkmöglichkeiten
Negative: unangenehmer Geruch nach Tabak bzw. anderer berauschender Mittel in Treppenhaus, Wohnung und auf Balkon vermutlich durch Nachbarwohnung.
